As a Senior Programmer Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative technical solutions that drive our business forward. You'll leverage your expertise in TM1 to design, develop, and maintain robust applications that support critical business processes. Your work will directly impact our ability to make informed decisions and achieve our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- TM1 Development: Design and architect TM1 solutions using Planning Analytics Advanced Local, with a strong focus on PAW development and integration. Develop multidimensional cubes, views, dimensions, active forms, Turbo Integrator processes, complex rules, feeders, drill-throughs, and TM1Chores.
- Automation: Write batch scripts, shell scripts, and TI processes to automate schedules, Cognos TM1 Services restarts, data uploads, and publishing views and active forms in applications to TM1 Web.
- Business Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop custom TM1 applications and modules that align with those requirements.
- TM1 Expertise: Provide guidance on TM1 best practices, performance optimization, and troubleshooting. Stay up-to-date on the latest TM1 and PAW updates and enhancements.
- SDLC: Contribute to all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, from requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Production Support: Provide 24/7 application availability, troubleshoot issues, and support application software upgrades.
- User Support: Address user service requests, provide technical support, and train cross-functional teams on application usage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in TM1 design, architecture, and development, with a proven track record in Corporate Performance Management, Financial Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain, and Business Analytics solutions.
- Expert-level proficiency in IBM TM1, including PAW and PAX.
- Strong experience with SQL, PL/SQL, SQLPlus, SQL Loader, Toad, CRON, FTP, Linux, and Power Shell scripting.
- Project management skills and a strong background in finance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IBM TM1 Planning Analytics Developer Certification
- PMI Certification
- Web development experience (MS Visual Studio, Visual Basic C#, CMS, MS Access, HTML, JavaScript, XML, CSS, IIS, jQuery, Ajax)
- Quebit Report WORQ software experience
- Oracle E-Business Suite experience
- Oracle Unified Method experience
- Manhattan Scale MS System experience
- EDI production support experience
