Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Class Action Associate Attorney at Bradley/Grombacher LLP. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in class action lawsuits. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing legal documents, drafting pleadings, and participating in case strategy meetings.
Qualifications
- Law and Legal Advice skills
- Experience in Labor and Employment Law
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active California Bar license
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in class action litigation is a plus
