Scope of Responsibilities
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the budgeting and forecasting activities for various departments using our enterprise planning tool. Work closely with the Senior FP&A Manager to shape strategic budgeting and planning approaches.
- Ad Hoc & Business Analysis:
- Construct financial models and business cases to facilitate investment decisions.
- Partner with Sales and Operations to manage approval processes for new deals.
- Develop business cases for unique or complex transactions.
- Assess and quantify the financial impact of value-added opportunities, ensuring successful project execution.
- Supervise the implementation of special business initiatives.
- Conduct specialized business analyses, build financial models, and prepare presentations to provide strategic recommendations to senior executives on key decisions and future plans.
- Performance Metrics and Trends: Direct the analysis of financial discrepancies between actual results and projections, as well as between different forecast periods. Perform detailed trend analysis to enhance financial understanding.
- Strategic Partnership: Produce and evaluate short-term financial forecasts for different departments. Engage with senior leadership to formulate long-term projections and analyze potential financial impacts.
- Tool and Model Development: Define and advance the strategic direction for our financial performance management systems and models.
- System Optimization: Seek out and execute improvements for financial systems, reporting processes, and model integration. Shift from traditional spreadsheet methods to a comprehensive system-based approach, identifying necessary enhancements in IT and data management.

- Strong experience using planning platform (Planful, Adaptive, Anaplan, etc)
Educational & Work Requirements
- Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or similar. Master’s degree preferred
- Work Experience
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience; previous experience working in Private Equity setting is required.
