We’re embracing a hybrid work model that enables our teams to split their time between office and home. Hybrid for us means we expect our teams to come together in our state-of-the-art office on two core days, typically Tuesday and Wednesday, to work together in person, and teams can choose where they work for the remainder of the week. What You’ll Do
- The Director of Corporate Finance will report directly to the CFO and will work closely with the Company’s executive team on high priority strategic projects.
- Lead and execute on key strategic and fundraising projects for the CFO and Finance organization.
- Analyze capital markets options and recommend optimal capital structure. Negotiate and execute financing transactions (including bank facilities) and manage relationships with investors, lenders and banks. Will work closely with treasury operations.
- Develop financial, and operational strategy for investments, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Evaluate and advise on deal strategic logic, financial projections, risk assessment, operational considerations and pro forma financial implications / metrics.
- Oversee financial investment models, including forecasting and multi-year projections; perform scenario analysis to support in corporate development and financial decision making. Manage valuation models and conduct competitive benchmarking by maintaining close tracking of financial results and commentary of industry peers.
- Lead cross-functional team to perform financial and operational due diligence on potential investments, partners or acquisitions.
- Assist and provide support in negotiations of transaction contracts in collaboration with executive team, sponsor and third-party financial and legal advisors.
- Develop and manage relationships with third parties including financial sponsors, investors and investment banks. Help to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all external financial communications.
- Liaison with Hellman & Friedman and other stakeholders and assist with the preparation of Board/Committee presentations and other investor/stakeholder presentations.
- Ad hoc finance special projects as needed.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 8-10 years of progressive finance experience including similar strategic support role in finance, consulting, or investment banking
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial management and valuation principles
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong business acumen and the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a focus on detail and follow-through in intensive and fast-paced deal environments
- Able to drive projects forward, provide structure to ambiguity;resourceful in finding the right information and stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
