Paralegal

LaSalle Network is currently working with a client who is hiring for a Paralegal. This position is hybridin their Alpharetta, GA office! Our client is looking for an individual that is outgoing, open minded and ready to learn!
Paralegal Responsibilities:

• Draft contracts and other legal documents
• Coordinate contract closing, administering and filling executed copies of contracts and organizing contract files
• Review and process incoming claims, pleadings and subpoenas
• Maintain claims and litigation legal database
• Schedule is Monday- Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Paralegal Requirements:

• 2+ years of law firm, public or private company paralegal experience
• 2+ years contract and litigation management experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• familiar with DocuSign and Salesforce
