One of our longest standing service verticals has been assisting transition clients from legacy systems to cloud based platforms including introduction of Cloud / GenAI and RPA models.

We are seeking a Superintendent (Safety Officer) with a background in Construction / Low Voltage to be primarily working in Rancho Cucamonga but with some travel in the greater LA area.

This is a multi-year contract with the possibility of extensions or converting to full-time with the client.

  • Work schedule: 230-1030 pm/11 pm except for holiday it will be day shift 
  • Potential to convert to FTE: possibility depends on bids 
  • Union environment - do not pick up tools 
  • Per site - no more than 6 tecs at the time
  • DOJ /Life Scan required

The Superintendent is responsible for providing overall on-site leadership including supervision, scheduling, financial management, subcontractor relations, and other related activities.

 Essential Functions

• Coordinates and supervises all construction activities

• Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications

• Maintains construction schedule, and identifies and solves problems

• Ensures contractor places material orders and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process

• Maintains positive relationships with customers, subcontractors and other team members

• Reviews prepared schedules and supervises completion of a final punch list

• Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices and rectifies job site hazards immediately.

• Ensures all company team members and contractors are adhering to the company safety policies

Additional Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Low Voltage experience & PA systems.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work varied day and evening timeframes required and ability to daily travel within the greater Los Angeles area

• Experienced in scheduling, ordering, field supervision and Subcontractor management

• Experienced in managing multiple projects

• Lead and Asbestos Certification RRP OEM

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

• Study concentration in construction management

• Experience with LAUSD

• Experience working with IBEW Crews

• Experience with JOC Contracting
