This role demands a keen understanding of the financial regulatory landscape, excellent skills in crafting product requirements, and expertise in managing product development within an agile framework.

  • Lead product initiatives in the credit card dispute management space, from ideation through to implementation.
  • Leverage expertise in Mastercard dispute resolution processes to enhance and optimize dispute workflows.
  • Write clear and detailed product requirements, user stories, and epics that align with business goals and regulatory standards.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision and objectives of the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, compliance, and customer service to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Work with stakeholders from various business units to capture needs, manage expectations, and deliver timely solutions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the development team and business stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable development tasks.
