Overview:

We are seeking a Procurement Manager. This position entails spearheading strategic sourcing initiatives, and managing supplier relationships.

What You'll Do:

• Manage all procurement functions, ensuring alignment with business strategy
• Oversee the contract lifecycle, including renewals of existing contracts and onboarding for vendors/suppliers into RV’s procurement process
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders including legal, accounting, and compliance to ensure procurement processes are efficient, transparent and effective
• Partner with tech and business leaders to ensure costs are appropriately allocated
• Identify opportunities for consolidation and cost savings by analyzing company-wide spending patterns
• Implement procurement strategies to ensure compliance standards are met and maximize value for the organization’s investments

What We're Looking For:

• Demonstrated ability to work as a team, to collaborate and pivot as needed with a young team.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, including managing large SaaS and/or technology relationships and contracts and high-stakes negotiations
• Strong analytical capabilities to identify cost-saving opportunities, analyze spending trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player who can demonstrate the ability to work in a cross-functional environment
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in procurement software and systems

Compensation:

• $40.00 – 45.00 per hour
