Telephony Field Test Engineer

Day1 onsite from Seattle, WA

Job Duties

• Responsible for mobile device field test scenarios on live networks environments.

• Performing system stability and functionality, automatic and stress testing on various devices such as smartphones and smart watches.

• Utilize diagnostic tools to capture log files

• Reproduce/troubleshoot field issues.

• Must be able to follow complex test procedures in various formats.

• Document test results with accuracy and quality, to be ready for submission.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in cellphone or smartwatch testing.

• Able to support domestic travel on short notice

• Good verbal and written communication skills. (Mandarin if preferred)

• Fundamental knowledge of smart phone software, wireless technologies such as like BT, Wifi, GSM, LTE and 5G

• Proficient in computer applications including spreadsheets, and words processing.

• Willing to work during weekends and holidays if needed.
