Sr. Data Analyst

Our Columbus client is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to provide insights, detect trends, and make recommendations to improve business performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand key business questions and develop data models and visualizations to address those needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting data quality checks and implementing data cleansing processes.
• Support the automation of data reporting processes and optimize data workflows for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Proficiency with SQL and experience in querying large datasets.
• Strong skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
