Seeking an experienced Head of Enterprise Application Architecture to lead and oversee the overall architecture. In this role, you will be responsible for architecture strategy, governance, and guiding teams that design and implement scalable and efficient application architectures that align with our strategic goals and meet industry standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure that our technology solutions are robust, secure, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive application architectures. Ensure that solutions are aligned with business objectives, technical requirements, and industry best practices within the financial services sector.
• System Integration & Optimization: Oversee the integration of complex systems and optimize application performance. Leverage your expertise in solution and enterprise architecture to drive innovation, improve efficiency, and enhance overall system reliability.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and business stakeholders, to define architectural strategies and frameworks. Provide guidance on architectural decisions and ensure that solutions meet regulatory, security, and performance standards.
• Innovation & Best Practices: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends. Incorporate new methodologies and tools to continuously improve the architecture and align it with evolving business needs and technological advancements.
• Documentation & Communication: Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation. Communicate architectural decisions, strategies, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in enterprise application architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior role within the financial services industry.
• Technical Skills: Proven experience with enterprise architecture frameworks, solution design, and system integration. Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, .Net, etc., and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and architectural tools.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial services, banking operations, and regulatory requirements. Experience in designing architectures for complex financial applications.
