We’re looking to hire an Associate Real Estate Photographer in West Palm Beach,FL for our client who is a leading global provider of commercial and residential real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces.

  • This is a full time positionand must be able to travel to properties in and around the area.
  • This role has some in-office requirements.
  • Location: West Palm Beach, FL
  • Photography Equipment + Company Car provided.
  • Annual Compensation: $50,000 yearly with bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing efforts on the client's industry-leading marketplaces by capturing beautiful 3-D virtual tours and footprints.
  • Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments, utilizing photography techniques to capture the spaces in the most pleasing way possible.
  • Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client’s demands.
  • Professionally communicate with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to strategically evaluate priorities, initiatives, and tasks.
  • While not working on a residential home, identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed.
  • Represent client in a professional manner at all times.
  • Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience working as a professional photographer, or a degree in photography.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience, field experience preferred.
  • Experience with Matterport is highly valued, but will teach qualified candidates
  • The ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts such as commercial real estate terminology, mapping, and GIS concepts.
  • Enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons.
  • The ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
