Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
Location: Onsite, Monday to Friday
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated full-time Administrative Support Specialist with prior experience in a law firm environment (required).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage document organization and assist with e-filing of documents and media.
- Support trial preparation, including the creation of trial binders and making copies.
- Assist team members with various administrative tasks.
- Professionally greet clients and visitors.
- Maintain and replenish kitchen supplies.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Scan, copy, and save documents as needed.
- Organize physical files and assist with document management.
