Information Technology Intern

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated IT Intern to join our team. This internship is an exciting opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in IT support and operations within a fast-paced, supportive environment. As an IT Intern, you will assist our IT department with a variety of technical support tasks, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end-users, and helping with IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
• Help set up, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other devices
• Assist with IT documentation, including updating manuals and technical guides
• Support IT team with larger projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and new software installations
• Monitor and report on IT system performance and provide recommendations for improvements

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software applications
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals and hardware setup is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
