Sr. Project Manager C&I

Taylor Hopkinson is in search of a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Project Manager with a rapidly expanding renewable energy company specializing in the PV sector, with HQ in Spain and operations in Italy, Mexico, France, Germany, and Morocco. Tehir growth has led to over 800 employees globally, with more than 2 GW in development and over 200 MW already built.

The Sr. Project Manager will be leading the solar C&I projects from development through installation, serving as the main client contact. Responsibilities include overseeing contracts, permits, and technical documentation, managing budgets and cash flow, and ensuring project deadlines are met. The Project Manager will collaborate with Engineering and Procurement teams, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders through site visits and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from development through installation planning and execution.
• Act as the primary client contact, managing communication and expectations.
• Oversee contracts, technical documentation, permits, and legalization of installations.
• Plan, manage, and control costs and cash flow for each project.
• Ensure project deadlines and budgets are met, overseeing total project management.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Procurement to support technical solutions.
• Monitor progress, addressing issues to keep the project on track.
• Conduct periodic site visits and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• General knowledge of the solar PV sector, suppliers, and technicians.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in C&I Photovoltaics Projects.
• Willingness to travel for project-related assignments.
• Experience with EPC contract management.
