Lead our efforts in building strategic partnerships, increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Combine your marketing, business development, sales, and customer experience to drive our growth and impact. While this role is focused on leading and building a team, there will be times when hands-on involvement is required, particularly in the sales pipeline and marketing approvals, until we reach revenue targets that allow for further growth. You must be comfortable working in a constantly evolving startup environment.

Business Development & Sales
- Develop and execute a strategic revenue plan that achieves goals and grows market share
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand BWB's reach
- Develop and execute a sales strategy, including prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve revenue goals
- Develop and implement processes for customer success staff to deliver exceptional service to BWB's members and corporate partners. Manage key strategic accounts personally.
- Deeply understand BWB's value proposition, identify growth opportunities, and address business obstacles.
Marketing Leadership
- Oversee the implementation of a new brand strategy, turning it into a marketing and sales strategy that aligns with BWB's mission, vision, and customer experience
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the Integrated Marketing Manager in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns and brand consistency across digital, social media, content marketing, email, events, and PR
- Conduct market research to identify audience needs, trends, and positioning opportunities
- Lead event sponsorship sales to drive revenue and brand visibility
- Own and drive the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and inform strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing, business development, and/or sales
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through successful marketing and business development strategies
- Experience managing teams across marketing, sales, and account management, with a focus on strategic partnerships and data-driven decision-making
- Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills, with the ability to forge and maintain high-level partnerships
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRMs, and analytics platforms
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, effectively conveying the company’s vision to diverse audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment focusing on strategic execution

Full-time position, salary range is $150,000 - $180,000. Our benefits include:
