• Lead the design of adaptable streaming architectures to enhance media delivery.
• Optimize network performance using advanced transport algorithms.
• Conduct code reviews and lead coding standards and practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless media content integration.
• Stay updated with industry trends to incorporate cutting-edge solutions.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of hands-on C++ experience, with deep expertise demonstrated in recent projects.
• Proven ability to lead architectural design for large-scale projects.
• Extensive experience in developing and optimizing media players and CDMs.
• Familiar with Gin, Gorilla Mux, and Echo; adept at integrating these into enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and lead code reviews.
• Strong capabilities in both problem-solving and communication.
• Familiarity with Gaussian splatting is an advantage.
