About the Role: As a Functional Manager, your primary responsibility will be overseeing and enhancing the functionality of Dynamics 365 F&O systems within client organizations. You’ll lead a team of expert functional consultants, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions that drive business results. This role requires a strategic thinker passionate about leveraging Dynamics 365 F&O to improve operational efficiency and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Dynamics 365 F&O consultants, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
  • Oversee the implementation and customization of Dynamics 365 F&O to meet client-specific requirements
  • Work closely with stakeholders to analyze, identify, and address system requirements for improved financial and operational processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Dynamics 365 F&O functionality and operational efficiency
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to industry standards and best practices, maintaining high-quality performance

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a consulting environment, with a focus on Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Willingness to work on-site in Houston, Texas, to support client needs and team collaboration
