• Handle multiple cases from the initial stages through trial.
• Collect, organize, and analyze records from various sources.
• Support every phase of depositions, mediation, and trial prep, ensuring exhibits and witness files are flawless.
• Bring your skills with Relativity, Trial Director, and CaseMap to assist during trial, manage exhibits, and support witnesses.

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certificate.
• 3+ years of experience in labor and employment law, with class action and collective action expertise.
• A solid background in preparing for trials and/or arbitrations, with hands-on litigation experience.
