Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect

Work Location: Atlanta, GA

Job Description:

Primary Skills

Responsibilities

Project Management

Lead end to end project management of Salesforce implementation projects AMS including planning execution monitoring and closure

Client Engagement

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle ensuring clear communication managing expectations and addressing any concerns

Requirements Gathering

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements translating them into actionable project plans and deliverables

Solution Design

Work closely with Business Product Owners to design and configure Salesforce solutions that align with client needs and business objectives

Team Leadership

Provide leadership and guidance to cross functional teams including developers, consultants and QA analysts to ensure successful project delivery

Risk Management

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues ensuring projects stay on track and within scope

Continuous Improvement

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes methodologies and best practices

Qualifications

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator ADM 201 Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder or Salesforce Certified Sales Service Cloud Consultant are highly desired

Proven experience managing end to end Salesforce implementation projects including planning execution and delivery

Experience of leading team size of 50

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities configuration and customization options

Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage resources and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Exceptional communication interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients stakeholders and cross functional teams

Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus

Ability to travel to client sites as needed
