We are seeking a qualified IT Manager to lead the organization's technology initiatives and align them with business objectives. This role involves strategic planning, IT governance, security oversight, and team leadership to ensure the effective delivery of technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in technology management, strategic IT planning, and cybersecurity best practices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic IT Planning: Develop and communicate the organization’s IT vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance to IT staff, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and growth-focused work environment.
- Policy and Compliance: Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
- Governance and Risk Management: Implement governance frameworks to optimize IT investments, mitigate risks, and support decision-making.
- Security and Continuity: Design and manage robust security protocols, backup plans, and disaster recovery strategies to protect data and maintain business continuity.
- Technology Solutions: Lead the evaluation and implementation of IT solutions that align with business needs and enhance performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership and department heads to identify and prioritize technology requirements, offering strategic insights on IT projects.
- Infrastructure Oversight: Oversee the development and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services, ensuring high performance and security.
- Cybersecurity Expertise: Assess and implement cybersecurity measures to mitigate risks and ensure robust defenses against potential threats.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external IT service providers, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and optimize resource use.
- Budget Management: Assist in IT budget preparation, resource allocation, and expenditure monitoring to achieve objectives within budgetary limits.
Qualifications:
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in technology management or a similar leadership role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and best practices; experience with enterprise-level systems; and familiarity with cybersecurity.
- Problem-solving: Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to present technical information to senior leadership.
- Collaboration: Effective interpersonal skills for working across teams and departments.

Education/Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
