With a strong commitment to craftsmanship and client satisfaction, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the construction of luxury custom homes and ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality and client expectation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of custom home construction projects, from initial design planning through to final completion.
• Develop, manage, and adjust project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless project coordination.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management to ensure high-quality work.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, maintain safety standards, and uphold quality control measures.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience managing high-end residential or custom home construction projects.
• Proven expertise in overseeing complex, luxury residential projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and client relationships.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, CoConstruct).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a client-focused mindset.
