  • Collaborate with senior developers to write clean, maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies

  • Participate in the entire development process, including planning, coding, testing, and debugging

We seek a Junior Website Developer to join our team and assist with developing and maintaining our company websites, internal tools, and landing pages. This is an ideal position for a motivated individual looking for opportunities for professional advancement, where they can grow their career while helping to grow our company!

Our Ideal Junior Website Developer:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experienced: At least 1+ years of website development experience.
  • Computer Language Skills: Basic understanding of front-end languages and frameworks: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. Familiarity with popular front-end libraries or frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus. Knowledge of back-end technologies like Node.js, PHP, Python, or Ruby on Rails is a bonus. Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Willing to Learn: Someone inquisitive with a teachable attitude and willingness to learn new technologies to serve our company's needs.
  • Analytical: Ability to think critically and problem-solve with close attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated: Assesses the work required and has the initiative to get started; diligently drives tasks to completion. Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Great Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate clearly and effectively with our team and other departments.
  • Team Player: Someone collaborative, humble enough to admit mistakes, and driven to do excellent work.
