Portfolio Community Manager

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager. The successful candidate will work closely with boards, property owners, and vendors to ensure that all properties under their management are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and operating efficiently. After the 90-day probationary period employee can work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee quality of services provided.
• Ensure properties are compliant with local regulations, safety standards, and community rules.
• Attend board meetings and provide recommendations for property improvement and policy development.
• Conduct monthly site visits to monitor the condition of properties. Will have a compliance officer to do your Bi-weekly inspections.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in portfolio management, preferably within an HOA or community association setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with budget management and financial reporting.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
