Household Manager/Personal Assistant
An opportunity exists to join our client's private service team at their West Lake Hills estate. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience and longevity in roles in hospitality and private service while demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to the principals' specific needs.
Key qualifications for this role include the ability to collaborate effectively with household members (principals, co-workers, children) and remote team members, excellent communication skills, proficiency with technology, and a readiness to provide light care for a small, friendly dog, including dog walks and vet/grooming visits.
Primary responsibilities encompass maintaining an organized and efficiently operated home, overseeing vendors and service providers, fostering effective communication and teamwork, and demonstrating a proactive and adaptable approach.
Additional duties may involve: - Supervising and managing renovations/construction - Interior decorating - Light plant care, such as watering plants - Research - Sorting through mail and assisting with bill payment - Ensuring household supplies are well-stocked - Assisting with scheduling and coordinating calendars with other team members - Managing the care of principals' cars, including fueling, car washes, and maintenance scheduling - Providing support as needed for various tasks, such as reheating food prepared by the Chef for principals and planning events/outings - Light tidying/housekeeping/organizing, such as unloading a dishwasher and taking out trash weekly. Oversight of a housekeeping service for regular cleanings is also required. - Assisting in vetting and screening for future potential positions, including nannies, housekeepers, chefs, and service vendors/providers.
Some travel may be necessary. The salary is negotiable but is anticipated to range from $100,000 to $130,000, with benefits provided. MUST BE LOCAL TO AREA
