Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced superintendent to lead commercial construction projects in the Central Florida and/or South Florida markets. This includes budget and subcontractor management, jobsite safety, materials procurement, scheduling and supervision.

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project supervision
• 3+ years of recent experience in healthcare construction projects, preferably Florida-based AHCA jobs
• ICRA experience
• OSHA 10 or higher

Nice to Have Skills

• OSHA 30 certified
• 15+ years of experience
• 5-7 years of experience in AHCA projects
• Experience working directly in the South FL or Central FL markets
