Lead React Engineer

Our client is currently seeking a Lead React Engineer to develop cutting edge web applications using React and Micro Front Ends

This is a long term contract role that will be 3 days onsite in Downtown Chicago

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Translate business needs and product requirements into highly functional, compelling digital experiences in our client facing applications using HTML, Javascript, CSS, etc
• Designing, implementing, and supporting modern interactive UI solutions developed in JS frameworks such as ReactJS
• Create REST webservices so the webforms they are creating can integrate/communicate with the backend systems
• Collaborate proactively with our product owners, business analysts, designers, architects and fellow developers in an agile team

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Expertise in web development using Typescript and React
• Experience with Micro Front Ends
• Experience with state management like Redux, Zustand or similar library
• Familiarity with JavaScript module loaders and testing tools
