Closing Processor/Settlement Officer

Responsibilities

Review Title Commitment for clearing, Order Payoffs, Send preliminary lender documents, Prepare Closing Disclosures, Alta's and HUD's for closing, Have excellent customer service with realtors and lenders, Post Closing when necessary.

Qualifications

Prefer knowledge of Soft Pro, At least 1 year of experience processing closing disclosures, HUD's and Alta's., General Title and Closing knowledge, Ability to multi-task
