Job Title: Assistant Vice President, Generative AI
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Vice President (AVP) to lead and
drive innovation in the field of Generative AI. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the
development, deployment, and scaling of cutting-edge generative AI solutions. You will
collaborate closely with data science, technology, and business teams to identify opportunities,
develop solutions, and deliver impactful results. This is a high-impact role with the potential to
shape the future of our AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee large-scale Generative AI projects from conception to deployment
- Develop and implement AI strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, data science, and business units
- Design and architect scalable Generative AI solutions
- Mentor and guide teams in best practices for AI development and deployment
- Ensure adherence to software engineering principles and Agile methodologies
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in Generative AI
Technical Skills:
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python and related NLP libraries
- Experience of developing NLP application leveraging LLMs like GPT, Llama, Mistral etc.
- AI Frameworks: Hands-on experience with embedders, vector DBs, LangChain, LlamaIndex,
and other Gen AI tools
- Deep understanding of AI architecture patterns and best practices
- Strong software engineering skills for rapid and scalable development of AI systems
- Advanced AI Concepts: Familiarity with graph RAG, Agentic RAG, and other emerging
technologies
- Model Development: Experience in fine-tuning large language models
- Cloud Platforms: Strong working knowledge of at least one major cloud service (AWS, Azure,
GCP, or Nvidia)
- LLMOps: Expertise in automated testing, CI/CD pipelines for AI projects
Leadership & Communication:
- Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse, global teams
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex AI concepts to various
stakeholders
- Strong project management skills and experience working in Agile environments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Demonstrated success in deploying large-scale AI projects
- Experience working with global teams across multiple geographic locations is a plus
