Senior Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• :Lead diverse engineering projects, working independently with minimal supervision
• .Mentor and review the work of junior engineers
• .Design, implement, and enhance electrical systems, components, and products for commercial, industrial, or domestic use
• .Develop technical drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements
• .Oversee installation, testing, maintenance, and documentation to meet safety, quality, and environmental standards
• .Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to drive engineering solutions
• .Conduct detailed calculations and prepare specifications for procurement and project planning
• .Estimate costs and manage budgets to keep projects on time and within budget
• .Investigate and resolve customer complaints and system issues
• .Supervise and train project teams to ensure alignment with project goals

.Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• .8+ years of experience in electrical engineering; advanced degree holders may have less experience
• .Active professional engineering license required
• .Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly conveying complex technical information to both technical and non-technical internal and external stakeholders
• .Proficiency in engineering software, including CAD and scientific analysis tools
• .Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
