CNC Manufacturing Engineer

MAU is hiring a CNC Manufacturing Engineer in Greenville, SC. A CNC Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for establishing safe, efficient processes to produce high-quality products that meet project standards. This role drives continuous improvement, oversees timelines, troubleshoot issues, and collaborates with teams to achieve EHS, quality, and cost goals on time and within budget.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED + 4 years in manufacturing, or Associate's degree
- 3+ years in production and equipment processes
- CNC grinding or programming experience required
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities of a CNC Manufacturing Engineer:
- Support CNC machining cells with troubleshooting, process improvements, tooling, and programming.
- Lead continuous improvement projects and ensure compliance with plant metrics.
- Create and update technical work instructions and process documentation.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by providing technical guidance on processes and quality.
- Implement and maintain 5S methodology in assigned areas.
- Mentor team members and communicate effectively across functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
