Responsibilties

• Security Architecture Design: Design and build secure network architectures that protect the organization's assets, data, and operations. This includes creating blueprints for secure environments that align with the organization’s security policies and business objectives.
• Vulnerability Management: Use Tenable’s suite (e.g., Tenable.io, Tenable.sc) to conduct vulnerability assessments across networks, systems, and applications. This involves configuring, deploying, and managing Tenable tools to continuously identify and assess vulnerabilities.
• Risk Analysis and Mitigation: Analyze security risks uncovered through Tenable, evaluate their potential impact on business operations, and recommend mitigation strategies to reduce vulnerabilities and exposure.
• Compliance and Regulatory Alignment: Ensure the organization’s security architecture aligns with industry standards, such as NIST, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and GDPR. Use Tenable’s compliance features to verify that systems meet required standards and report compliance status.
• Threat Modeling and Security Testing: Conduct threat modeling and simulate attacks on systems to evaluate their defenses. With Tenable, assess and remediate vulnerabilities that could be exploited in potential attack scenarios.
