NetSuite Administrator

About the job:

Our client in the security, surveillance and field service management space is preparing to hire NetSuite Administrator to support system administration, 3rd party integrations, and vendor management efforts. This will directly report into the Global Director of IT, and a general understanding or willingness to gain exposure to SuiteBilling, Fixed Assets, WMS, OneWorld or SuiteCommerce is preferred as most key projects in 2025 relate to these key concepts. This position would be a great opportunity to gain experience and learn directly from a close relationship with a tenured Financial Systems professional.

Position Overview

The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the NetSuite ERP system. This role will involve collaborating with various departments, including finance, accounting operations and technology, to ensure the system supports the business needs efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in NetSuite, experience working in a professional service or Saas setting, and a passion for process improvement!

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary NetSuite administrator and subject matter expert, responsible for managing and maintaining the system.
• Configure, customize, and optimize NetSuite modules to meet the needs of finance, inventory, manufacturing, and supply chain functions.
• Support end-users by providing training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for NetSuite ERP and related integrated systems.
• Develop, test, and implement new features, enhancements, workflows, and dashboards in NetSuite.
• Create and maintain system documentation, including user guides, process documentation, and workflows.
• Manage system security, roles, and user permissions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry best practices.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and provide technical solutions that drive operational efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity within NetSuite by developing and enforcing data governance policies.
• Manage third-party integrations and vendors related to the NetSuite environment.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations, coordinating with external consultants as needed.
