Overview

Brooksource is seeking a Senior Microsoft Power Apps/Dynamics 365 Developer to join our Public Sector client's team. As a senior developer, you will lead complex solution design, development, and implementation efforts for Dynamics 365, PowerApps, and SharePoint solutions. This position requires deep technical expertise, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that meet complex business requirements.
• Customization & Configuration: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM to address business needs, leveraging workflows, plugins, and custom scripts.
• Dataverse Management: Utilize and manage Microsoft Dataverse as the foundational data platform, implementing data structures, relationships, and business rules to support solution requirements.
• Integration & Automation: Implement and troubleshoot integrations with other systems, utilizing Power Automate, APIs, and web services. Ensure seamless interoperability across platforms.
• Agile Collaboration: Work within an Agile/Scrum team to ensure timely, iterative solution delivery. Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing input for process improvements and technical optimizations.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Serve as a technical mentor, guiding junior developers in best practices, solution design, and debugging.

Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, JSON, and other object-oriented programming languages.
• Strong experience in data migrations, third-party integrations (APIs/SSIS), plugins, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with DevOps in Power Platform/D365 environments is a plus
• Experience with Data Integrations and Migrations using SSIS Packages is a plus
• Dataverse Expertise: Proven experience utilizing Microsoft Dataverse for data modeling, management, and integration as part of Power Platform solutions.
• Power Platform Expertise: Skilled in implementing and customizing Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Cloud solutions, with emphasis on Customer Service, Case Management, and Field Service modules.
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• SDLC Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of all phases of the SDLC, with expertise in Agile/Scrum practices.
