What’sinvolved in this role:

We are looking for aBuilding Grounds Maintenance TechnicianinLake Norden, SD.

Perform maintenance on the plant, equipment, and grounds in compliance with standard operating procedures, good manufacturing practices, and safety policies enforced by OSHA.

Repair building structures using standard techniques and equipment.

Starting at$19.51/hour

Monday-Friday,8am-5pm

What you need to join our team

Minimum one (1) year of experience in a related field preferred.

Painting, plumbing, brick laying, plastering and carpentry experiencerequired.

Mechanical aptituderequired.

Communicate well both verbally and in writingin Englishwith managers and colleagues.

Ability to work with minimum supervision, adapt to a changing environment quickly, and think independently.

Must be able to stand and walk forlong periodsof time.

Must be able tolift upto 50lbs.

Equivalentcombination of education and/or experience may be considered.

Our Lake Norden, SD, plant is home to approximately 450 employees and boasts a brand new,state of the artcheese and whey facility. We produce mozzarella, provolone, parmesan,romano, asiago, and Monterey Jack cheeses as well as various whey streams.
