E-Commerce Merchandising Assistant

Opportunity is located in our Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL onsite five days a week.

FlexShopper, LLC – A leading financial and technology company, FlexShopper provides durable goods to consumers on a lease-to-own basis through its ecommerce marketplace and innovative LTO payment platform.

Job Overview:

FlexShopper is seeking an E-Commerce Merchandising Assistant to support Senior E-Commerce Buyers in driving sales and enhancing customer experience. This role involves managing product updates, supporting vendor onboarding, running key business reports, and collaborating with marketing to improve site merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support E-Commerce Buyers with daily tasks to drive sales and margin.
• Assist in new vendor onboarding, product feed setup, and LogicBroker integration.
• Execute site product updates, including seasonal launches, price changes, and product descriptions.
• Run weekly and ad hoc reports for the merchandising team.
• Manage promotional pricing changes and perform daily site audits to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve site merchandising and curate product assortments for seasonal campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in retail or related field a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel.
