We're searching for a motivated Assistant Commercial Property Manager to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our commercial property portfolio (office, industrial, and retail).

Responsibilities:

Leasing & Accounting

Assist with leasing initiatives and budget preparation.

Handle tenant requests and complaints related to leases.

Tenant Relations:

Deliver top-notch customer service to tenants by addressing calls, coordinating service requests, and ensuring lease compliance.

Follow up with tenants to guarantee satisfaction with completed work orders.

Property Management:

Assist property managers with administrative tasks like vendor onboarding and data management.

Participate in property operations, including generating tenant welcome packages and managing move-out processes.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent (Associate's Degree in related field preferred).

Minimum 3 Years Experience in a Similar Role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required).
