Commercial Litigation Attorney

The Merker Group is working with an Am Law 100 firm to find a mid-level attorney with complex commercial litigation experience to join the firm's Los Angeles office.

This firm offers competitive compensation and a manageable billable hours requirement. We have done a significant amount of work with this firm over a number of years, and the attorneys we have placed there have had very positive feedback.

Required Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience with all phases of litigation, including investigations, discovery, taking/defending depositions, motion practice, mediations and communicating directly with clients.
• Real estate litigation and trial experience are a plus!
• Must have a J.D. and outstanding academics.
• Must have CA Bar license or be able to obtain one as soon as possible.
• Must have limited career moves and have prior experience at an Am Law 100/200 or litigation boutique (no insurance defense experience, please).
