Litigation Paralegal

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, drafting discovery shells and ascertaining data from the client file. Deposition scheduling, expert communication, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Research and drafting of various legal pleadings
• Medical record and treatment review
• Calendaring and understanding litigation timetables are a must
• Heavy discovery drafting (Responding & Propounding)
• Organize and electronically file pleadings
• Service of pleadings and discovery documents

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years' as Litigation Paralegal
• Personal Injury Experience Required
