Java Engineer

Title: Java Engineer

Duration: 12+ months contract (possible extension)

Location: Austin, TX(Onsite on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Job Description:

• Expertise in core Java and object-oriented analysis and design.
• Knowledge of Kafka and Redis technologies.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in advanced Java features such as Lambdas, Streams, Collections, Concurrency, and IO.
• Good understanding of design principles, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience in application development with NoSQL technologies (Cassandra experience) is a plus.
• Experience implementing RESTful Services using JAX-RS and Jersey.
• Strong understanding of XML and JSON.
