Staff Attorney Position (Fully onsite in Encino)

National plaintiff side law firm in Encino is seeking a dedicated and skilled team of document review attorneys to join their team and be assigned to a specialized set of matters, particularly focusing on the opioid crisis. This position is similar to being on a temporary project but is a permanent role, meaning there will be no pauses in work and is fully onsite. The attorneys are expected to want to stay long-term with the firm (2+ years at least). Training will be provided on iConect Xera, where the attorneys will access documents for discovery and review them for relevancy. Training will be provided, and entry-level attorneys are encouraged to apply.

Disclaimer: The firm is plaintiff-side and handles class action disputes, including those related to the opioid crisis. Most seasoned and experienced attorneys have a higher chance of conflicting out and not making it through the hiring process.

Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours a week)

Compensation: Based on experience.

Discretionary Bonus: You will be considered for a discretionary end-of-year bonus. The amount, if any, will be determined based on firm profitability and other relevant factors. Eligibility for the bonus is contingent upon active employment with the firm through the end of the year.
