Job Description:

As an Executive Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and creativity. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of talented chefs, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Menu Development: Assist in developing and executing innovative menus that reflect the latest culinary trends and our unique Asian-inspired concept.
  • Food Quality: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, reduce food costs, and optimize purchasing strategies.
  • Staff Training: Conduct regular training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge.
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including scheduling, production, and sanitation.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant.
  • Strong culinary skills and a deep understanding of Asian cuisine.
  • Excellent leadership and management abilities.
