LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Tax/Wealth Management Specialist in Jacksonville, FL for a contract assignment that will span 6 months. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage short-form tax reporting and state reporting.
  • Produce and transmit tax data to IRS and state agencies.
  • Update service level agreements and communicate tax changes.
  • Review entity data and handle complex requests.
  • Train associates and contractors.
  • Maintain procedures and ensure quality service.
  • Research and implement new tax guidelines.
  • Conduct yearly tax form testing and production validation.
  • Assist management with additional duties.

Required Skills:

  • 1-2 years of banking industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Experience in tax reporting.
  • Background in Wealth Management Operations.
  • Reconciliation experience is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

Worksite Type: Hybrid

Pay: $22.00-23.75/hr
