Job Description:Our client is seeking a talented Content Designer to join their Brand & Marketing Studio team. This role is focused on creating compelling and creative email content for customer communications. The ideal candidate has a strong balance of creative writing skills and a solid understanding of design principles, with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and HTML.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging email content that aligns with brand guidelines and customer journey goals.
- Use email-building tools like Stripo or similar WYSIWYG editors to develop email templates and campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, marketers) to ensure content meets project objectives.
- Work within enterprise-scale email development workflows, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Apply creative design acumen to optimize email layout, copy, and user experience while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Revise content based on feedback from stakeholders and review cycles.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements within the content production team.
Must-Haves
- 3-5 years of experience in content design or a related role (preferably in a large enterprise setting).
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative copywriting and email content design.
- Experience with Stripo or similar email-building tools.
- Proficiency in HTML.
- Strong design acumen with an ability to evaluate the visual and functional aspects of email content.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with project management frameworks (e.g., Agile/Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
