Title: Java Architect with AWS
Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite)

Key Skills and Experience:
Core Technical Skills:
- Java Development: Strong expertise in Java 8+, with deep knowledge of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- AWS Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and Elastic Beanstalk
- Microservices Architecture: Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures, using tools like Spring Boot or Quarkus for Java-based services.
- API Design: Strong experience in designing RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services and databases.
- Containerization and Orchestration: Experience with DockerKubernetes, and container orchestration on AWS (e.g., EKSECS
- CI/CD and DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
- Database Design: Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB) in AWS.
- Security Best Practices: Familiarity with AWS security practices, including IAM roles/policiesVPCs, and security groups
Additional Desirable Skills (Optional but Helpful):
- Capital Markets Knowledge: Experience in financial services or understanding of Capital Markets (e.g., trading platforms, portfolio management systems) can be a plus but is not mandatory
- Cloud Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions ArchitectAWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or equivalent certifications.
- Messaging/Streaming: Familiarity with AWS services such as SNS, SQS, and Kinesis for real-time data streaming or messaging.
- Agile/Scrum Methodology: Understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience working in Agile teams.
- Monitoring & Logging: Experience using AWS CloudWatchPrometheus, or Grafana for monitoring and logging.
