Job Description:

HCLTech is seeking exceptional Solution Architects, Delivery Leaders, and Domain Experts to join our Go-to-Market team. This high-impact role involves presales and solutioning for the Hi-Tech and Semi verticals, driving advisory sales, and leading transformative customer engagements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert Advice and Guidance: Deliver expert advice on business solutions across a wide range of technology platforms. Provide strategic guidance to diverse customer stakeholders and external partners.
  • Presales Management: Interface with HCL sales, global delivery, and solutions teams to manage all presales activities. This includes capability presentations, SOW negotiations, and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Opportunity Qualification: Qualify opportunities at an early stage, prioritize efforts, and invest in strategic initiatives. Engage in solution discussions proactively and respond to RFPs.
  • Strategic Account Management: Define and support breakthrough objectives in strategic accounts. Develop creative solutions with limited information and propose appropriate engagement and commercial models based on opportunity attributes.
  • Sales Focus: Maintain a relentless focus on meeting sales KPIs, including revenue and booking targets.
  • Proactive Solutions Development: Identify opportunities to build proactive solutions based on unique problems, using insights from customer interactions and independent research.
  • Thought Leadership: Demonstrate thought leadership in client interactions, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and contribute to strategic discussions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • Enterprise Client Interaction: Proven experience in interacting with enterprise clients in the US, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships both within the organization and with customers.
  • Industry Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience in the IT/Professional Services industry.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable operating independently in unstructured environments with some level of ambiguity.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

Technical Expertise:

Must have experience in at least two of the following areas, with a preference for one domain-led specialization:

  • Application Services: API, Cloud, DevOps, Microservices, Modernization
  • SaaS Platforms: SFDC, Workday, Blue Yonder
  • Enterprise Solutions: Oracle, SAP, MS CRM Dynamics
  • Business Analytics: Big Data, Data Science, AI, ML
  • Technology Domains: VLSI, FPGA, Analog, Systems Engineering
  • Emerging Tech & Online Businesses: ISVs, Emerging Technologies

Additional Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to drive transformation and deliver innovative solutions in complex environments.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and achieving targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
