About the Role:
Job Title: IVR Tester
Key Responsibilities:
- Test, verify, and validate functionality of IVR systems and applications
- Create test scripts and execute test cases
- Report and track defects, providing updates on progress and resolution
- Work closely with the development team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective testing strategies
- Document test plans and report results to stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in IVR testing and automation
- Conduct audits and provide recommendations for process improvement
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IVR testing and automation
- Proficient in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Java, or Ruby
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies and practices
- Knowledge of IVR technologies, including common industry standards and protocols
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Location: Roseville, CA
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $110,000 – $115,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
