Legal Assistant - Corporate

A top Boston law firm is looking to add a Corporate Legal Assistant to their growing team. This is a hybrid role (MUST BE BOSTON LOCAL) with fantastic benefits and above market pay:
Responsibilities:
- Document production and editing utilizing Microsoft Office (including track changes), Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Kofax PDF, Workshare comparison program and other software tools and utilities.
- Editing and processing client invoices, including submitting invoices on client hosted e-billing platforms
- Monitoring invoices submitted into client e-billing systems so that any missing information is addressed on a timely basis
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality of all Firm and client information, records, and files, both within and outside of the Firm
- Assumes additional responsibilities as requested
- 5+ years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in a corporate, transactional practice
Advanced proficiency in MS Word and document editing/comparison applications
Advanced proficiency in MS Outlook and web-based conference call/web-sharing applications
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and spreadsheet/database applications
Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and presentation applications
Proficiency in Workshare
Advanced proficiency in PDF Editing Software (Kofax PDF, Adobe), including converting PDF files to Word files and then fixing all formatting issues and problems
Advanced knowledge of time keeping, expense processing and legal billing (SurePoint experience preferred)
Advanced proficiency in document management applications
Other Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to handle multiple demands, work well under pressure, and have the flexibility to assist the team in meeting attorney and client demands on accelerated schedules
Strong organizational skills

Good judgment
Friendly and strong interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
