Here’s what we need: We are seeking a dynamic Paid Search & Paid Social Marketer to harness the power of data-driven insights to optimize ad spend, maximize ROI, and deliver exceptional value to clients. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of search engine marketing and paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok.

As a SEM/Paid Social Manager, you’ll drive the strategic planning of budget allocations across various engines/platforms and be responsible for generating strategic insights and delivering results. This client-facing position will regularly present status and performance results via video calls and slides. You’ll oversee all campaign activity and deliverables for your clients and own the iterative improvement and optimization of your campaigns. Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Campaign Management and Client Interaction:
  • Campaign Creation: Develop and manage campaigns while prioritizing goals, pacing, and budget.
  • Client Performance Reporting: Prepare and deliver performance reports to clients.
  • Strategic Oversight: Support overall campaign strategy
  • Speak directly with clients on campaign reporting, performance, and strategy.
  • Daily Operations and Client Management:
  • Daily performance and pacing check-in on book of business (including weekends)
  • Daily Optimizations: Perform daily campaign optimizations, including ad copy creation, keyword research, bidding and budget optimizations.
  • Availability to take action during client emergencies
  • Client Engagement: Manage documents and address client needs across various platforms.
  • Independence and Client Reporting:
  • Account Independence: Independently manage accounts, provide forecasts, and suggest/implement tests.
  • Strategic Development: Create strategies aligned with client business objectives.
  • Platform Management:
  • Manage campaigns across search and social platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.

Here’s what you bring:

  • Paid Search & Paid Social Campaign Execution:
  • Minimum 1-2 years hands-on experience with search & social platforms.
  • Hands on experience executing campaign strategies in search and social platforms.
  • Experience launching and evaluating A/B tests within SEM/Social campaigns.
  • Experience building client-facing reports/dashboards and fielding questions with knowledgeable answers.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Sheets & Slides) or MS Office (Excel & Powerpoint).
  • Experience with client-facing responsibilities (account management, weekly calls, monthly report presentations, etc.) is a plus.
  • Technology & Industry Expertise:
  • Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and analytics tools.
  • Experience gathering actionable insights out of Google Analytics.
  • Passionate about Search and Social, evidenced by thought leadership and industry event participation.
  • Can analyze what marketing channels (Search, Shopping, Display, etc) would be most effective at meeting client goals.
  • Essential Personal Skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical thinker comfortable working with data.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a concise way to help others understand quickly.
  • Resourceful and persistent in problem-solving. We are a small team, so there are times when you will need to find a solution on your own.

In Colorado, the salary range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000 plus bonus potential tied to individual and company performance and is based on prior experience and qualifications.
