Business/Data Analyst Job Description
Location: Richmond, VA
Onsite Requirements: 3 days a week
Interview Details: One video interview with 3-4 interviewers for 1-2 hours

Scope of Work:
- Develop design solutions, test scenarios, and ensure successful integration into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces.
- Contribute to story refinement/defining requirements.
- Guide the team in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle.
- Perform spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.
Position Summary:

- Experience with Oracle Exadata or 10g and above

- Good at identifying priorities and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of effort and financial estimation
